Frank Lester Returns to Union Tank Car Frank Lester has been promoted to the position of president of Union Tank Car. He succeeds Ken Fischl who will continue his responsibility for Union Tank Car, Procor Limited and other transportation-related companies as group vice president of The Marmon Group of companies. Frank has been president of Procor in Oakville, Ontario, since 1994. Prior to that, Frank held the position of vice president of quality for UTC from 1988 until 1994. He originally joined the company in 1979 as eastern district sales manager. Roy Wik, president of Procor LPG in Calgary will succeed Frank as president of Procor Limited.
