Scott Bowles has been promoted to fleet services coordinator

July, 2000 - Chicago - Scott Bowles has been promoted to the newly-created position of fleet services coordinator at Union Tank Car's Chicago headquarters. In this capacity, Scott will report to Bill Snelgrove, senior vice president of marketing and sales; he will have national responsibilities for the coordination of various administrative, technical and regulatory services, which will be provided to major shippers of railway tank cars and plastics hoppers on a contract basis.

Scott has a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa. Coupled with his extensive experience as customer service representative with the Midwest regional sales office and the many contacts he has established in the industry, he is well qualified to provide Union Tank Car's customers with the highest level of administrative support and service. "In this new role, Scott will be working in conjunction with many departments within the company to achieve our corporate goal of meeting our customers' expectations," says Bill.
